CJ Rescue Supply sells the adult and infant CPR mask combo on Amazon as ASIN B0HCWRP9R1. This desk is the wholesale side of that same 8-pack: departments, academies, and scenario companies order it by the case instead of one listing at a time.
The manufacturer line on the listing is CJRS First Aid. The case you order here is that 8-pack — adult mask, infant mask, two one-way valves, vinyl gloves, alcohol prep pads, and a red soft case with a hook-and-loop handle — not a different product with a wholesale label on it.
Rescue buyers stock bags, vehicles, and stations. Scenario buyers stock a skills day, where a class can use a mask per student. Both are ordering the same case. The price sheet is the difference: the Amazon price is the single 8-pack, and the breaks here start as soon as you order from the desk.
The catalog is this SKU on purpose. If a program needs a different count, a dock appointment, or terms, the order pad sends that as a request. A request is not a shipment until we confirm it by email.
