Unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are still in resalable condition. Write the desk with the order reference before sending anything back. The buyer pays return freight unless we shipped the wrong item or the case arrived damaged.
Kits that have been opened for a class or placed into service are not returnable. If a mask or valve is defective, email the reference and a photo of the kit. We replace the affected kits.
Card refunds go back to the card charged at checkout after the return is received and checked. That usually posts in five to ten business days, depending on the bank. A net-30 order that was never confirmed was never an order, so there is nothing to return.
