Ground shipping is included for 1 to 200 cases delivered in the contiguous United States. A case weighs 2.25 lb, so a 24-case order is about 54 pounds and still moves as a parcel shipment.
Paid orders are packed within two business days. Carrier transit is typically three to seven business days after that. Stripe shows a door-to-door estimate of five to nine business days. We reply on the order email with tracking once the carrier has a label.
Alaska and Hawaii (AK and HI) are not charged on the card form. The order pad turns those addresses into a freight request, and we confirm the cost before anything is billed or shipped. U.S. territories are handled the same way through the contact form.
Orders above 200 cases are quoted together with freight. Signature is not required. If a shipment arrives short or damaged, write the desk within 14 days of the delivery estimate and include the order reference.
