This site sells one wholesale product: the CJ Rescue Supply adult and infant CPR mask case, SKU CJRS-CPR-8. A card payment that Stripe marks paid, together with the acknowledgment page, is the order. The amount on the Stripe checkout is the amount you accept.
A net-30 request, a freight request, or a request above 200 cases is not an order. Nothing is reserved and nothing ships until CJ Rescue Supply confirms the price, the freight, and the terms by email.
Prices on the sheet can change up until you pay. Case prices include ground shipping in the contiguous United States and do not promise a tax amount unless Stripe adds tax at checkout. If you are exempt, reply to the acknowledgment with the certificate. If tax is due and was not collected, we write before the case leaves.
Title to the goods passes when payment is complete. Risk of loss passes when the carrier receives the shipment. See the shipping and returns pages for transit and what can come back.
The masks are training and response equipment. You are responsible for using them under your own protocol. The site is not medical advice. We can decline an order we cannot ship or that looks fraudulent, and if a card was charged for an order we cannot fill, we refund it.
If something goes wrong with an order, the limit of our responsibility is the amount paid for that order. These terms are the agreement for purchases made on this site.
