An order collects the organization, contact name, email, phone, ship-to address, PO number, department, notes, and whether you plan to send a tax-exemption certificate. A contact note collects the name, email, organization, and message.
Card numbers are entered on Stripe, not on this site. We store the order details needed to pack and answer questions, and Stripe keeps the payment record. Order email is sent through Resend to you and to the wholesale desk.
We use that information to take the payment, ship the case, send the acknowledgment, and handle a return. We do not sell personal information.
To ask about an order, or to ask us to delete a request that has not shipped, write orders@cjrescuesupply.com or use the contact form and include the reference number. A paid order that has shipped is kept with the payment record.
